[CVCC_Members] W4YSP/Gene Payne's Wife Passes

I just received a call from Gene advising that his wife Patty passed away
early this morning after a long illness. He said he didn't have the details
on the arrangements at this time, but that the notice will be in the
Richmond Times Dispatch in the next few days. I have no other details, but
suffice it to say, this a huge loss for Gene as he & Patty were very close.
