Thanks for all the feedback…….threw in the towel on that location.  Now on the rear door of the cab and real low swr. See photos…….

On another note was driving home Thursday afternoon and  was tuning on the FM broadcast band and had a FM station 94.7 in Springfield, MO was as clear for about 10 minutes….scanned further up the band and there was a second one in Missouri. Never have heard a band opening like that on the broadcast band.
